1. Fix for bad "memory de-allocation" bug that can cause crash on exit in rare cases.

2. Added capability to configure two different VIEWER applications per each file extension:

   First VIEWER application is executed on double-click on VIEWER launcher. Second VIEWER application is executed on Ctrl-double-click on VIEWER launcher. "Viewer Definitions" dialog has new field (called "Viewer2"(Y/N)) to indicate if the row is defining Viewer1 or Viewer2.

   For example, it is possible to configure as follows:

   • if user double-clicks on the VIEWER launcher referring to text file, this text file is opened in Notepad.
   • if user Ctrl-double-clicks on the VIEWER launcher referring to text file, this text file is opened in jEdit.

   Or, for example, it is possible to configure as follows:

   • if user double-clicks on the VIEWER launcher referring to web-page, this web-page is opened in Internet Explorer browser.
   • if user Ctrl-double-clicks on the VIEWER launcher referring to web-page, this web-page is opened in Mozilla FireFox browser.
