Changes in Dec 8th 2012 Version

1. Fixed bug that was introduced in Dec 5th 2012 Version. Scenario:

   • User is reloading full configuration manually.
   • Content of ViewerDefinition list and content of AutograbDefinition list was deleted twice before re-loading.
   • That was causing crash of an application.

2. Tree.xml: now TELNET-TERMINAL launcher XML node is saving telnet port value as unsigned int, which presents higher port values as positive values (instead of negative). This is helpful when user is editing file Tree.xml directly.

3. Tree.xml: now TELNET-TERMINAL launcher XML node is saving Client TLS certificate info. But it is not yet used by the TLS client and it is not yet editable via GUI dialog.
