Changes in July 15th 2013 Version

1. Now "Tooltips on/off" switch also toggles tooltips in the "Workspace Navigator" popup window. "Workspace Navigator" popup window is used to move application windows between workspaces. Before this change, tooltips were always on in "Workspace Navigator" popup window.
2. Now using "switch to workspace 0" - "switch to workspace 5" menu items with Control key pressed will move "active" (marked with red "ACTIVE" sticker or red frame) application/terminal window into selected workspace. As before, without Control key pressed "switch to workspace 0" - "switch to workspace 5" menu items are switching to selected workspace.
