Changes in July 7th 2013 Version

1. added option to choose one of the three algorithms to maximize Main window.

   • default: expand to current monitor minus Windows Taskbar
   • expand to two monitors minus Windows Taskbar
   • expand to Virtual Desktop

2. added option to toggle on and off "frame and titlebar" for Selector window
