Changes in Nov 22nd 2012 Version

Many changes to how certificates for TLS are created, used and deleted.

Changes are including:

1. Options Dialog TLS pages (additions and changes)
2. Generation of certificates now shows progress dialog to let user know what is going on
3. Internal changes:
   • deleting temporary keys on exit,
   • checking public-private key match on manual certificate loading
   • increasing key length of self-signed temp certificate to 2048 bit,
   • TLS server now simply uses temp cert signed by root (if it was already created either manually or on app start) instead of generating it on the fly for every client connection.
4. Online documentation on this web-site now is more consistent with the actual program's TLS configuration options and behavior.
