Changes in Dec 31st 2012 Version

1. Improvements in "Add Pre-Configured Launchers" Dialog. This dialog is invoked by pressing "New" button on the toolbar of the LauncherTree Window.
2. Upgraded built-in CYGWIN installation to the most recent version to get bug-fixes, in particular, this bug.
